Non IFC/NPCs with houses?

So it's quite common for IFC and NPCs to have houses. However:

--I rarely, if ever, hear of NPHCs with houses. Why is this? Or is it more common and I'm not aware of it?

--What about other groups? I know there are at least a few SAI chapters with houses (Beta, at Northwestern; Sigma Alpha somewhere in Illinois; maybe a few others), as well as a few Phi Mu Alpha houses. How many other groups like these have houses? And if you have pics, please post!
