I have a Jamaican ornament hanging on my rearview mirror. Its made up of green and yellow beads with a mini Jamaican island and the Jamaican flag displayed on the island. Its really cute.

Nothing. One of my suitmates freshman year told me horor stories about stuff her dad [an ER doc] had removed from people's foreheads after car crashes.

But I do keep a pin in my car for Sigma "emergencies", and a set of rosary beeds to keep me busy when I'm sitting in traffic.

I have a clear Miami Dolphins logo hanging from my rearview, since that's my favorite sports team. (I think i'm reppin enough with the mirror DST tag in the front & the matching license plate frame in the back)
