Janet's nipple piercing did have nipple/aerola showing through. Of course, we all had to see the shot frozen and magnified 500 times to know that, but it was there. So that makes it "unacceptable".  Dumb but true...

Actually, when I said Lil Kim wasn't hiding anything, I meant that it was all hanging out from the beginning. Unlike Janet, who came out fully dressed (relatively, anyway) and then... SURPRISE!
I am so annoyed at all of these stupid publicity stunts. Like kissing Madonna, getting married in Vegas and then immediately getting it annulled, or exposing yourself to the world during the Super Bowl halftime show is really going to make me wanna buy your album
