My thoughts on the Michael Jackson case (Note:I'm not saying that he's guilty.)
He has stated that he sleeps in the same bed with young children that are unrelated to him. Why would he, after being accused of sexual molestation previously, continue to do this sort of thing? Doesn't he realize that most people think this conduct is unacceptable and that concerns would be raised yet again? And what kind of parent would allow their child to sleep in the same bed alone with an adult male, let alone someone who has been accused of sexual molestation? (eventhough he was never charged)
Granted, he is an amazing artist, but man this guy is off his rocker.

This is exactly what I was thinking. Is he really so naive as to think that he can sleep with kids who are not related to him and not have anyone say anything about it. At this point, I feel sorry for him and I really hope he is not guilty. He is either naive, sick, or stupid, or possibly a combination of the three.

Wow with the Kobe Bryant and R Kelly talk. I know Kobe hasn't been convicted of anything and I'm pretty sure R Kelly hasn't either. So much for innocent until proven guilty...
Yeah, I guess I'll always be a defense attorney at heart...

Well, there is a video of R Kelly having sex with teenage girls that NUMEROUS people have seen. Also a wedding license for him and Aaliyah that lies about her age.
That's enough for me. He's pretty certifiably a creep, if not a convicted criminal.
I doubt Kobe will be convicted. R Kelly might be because there is a video.
In general, I think the justice system is pretty corrupt when it comes to celebrities/rich people. Not on purpose but it just works out that way.
Here's hoping they get Michael.

The only thing that shocked me about this Michael Jackson thing is that it didn't happen sooner.
The man is a certifiable freak, and I honestly don't see how any parents would let their child near him. "Never never go to Neverland Ranch"... that would be my motto as a parent.
I hope they throw the book at him (of course that might snap off what's left of his nose).

OK, I can't get past the fact that Michael is 5'11" and weighs 120 pounds!!!!! He has to look like C. Montgomery Burns when he gets naked.

ewwww...I just realized that we weigh the same except he's got about 4 inches on me.
I just don't understand the parents who allow their children to stay in the same bed as him. Whether or not he is a molester, it is definitely not a secret that he's missing a few nuts and bolts in his brain. That alone would make me think, "Hmmm...maybe I should keep my kid away from him." Regardless of his fame.

Heard one of thekids in a class I subbed today say something today about MJ that I thought was pretty funny:
"Dude has more plastic in his face than Barbie".
I think he hit the nail on the head there
What do ya'll think about his brother's comment that this was like a lynching? I thought that was pretty sickeningly distasteful.

Interesting topic-
I think it's an unfair comparison. I see where he was going, the whole public ridiculing and whatnot. But people who are lynched don't ask for it- MJ has put himself in this situation over and over again.

That's just not compelling proof for me -- beyond a reasonable doubt. People can edit videos quite easily.
