Big irritation right now...

My father's romantic advice - if he tells me one more time that I have to "take it slow" with the new guy I started seeing in August, I'm going to scream. That's all Dad ever says about anything. Since I live in Gainesville, adn the guy lives 2 hours away in Orlando across the street from my busybody aunt, and the few weekends this semester I get to come home I stay at my parent's house, I don't really have much choice to take it slow!

And if he's talking about taking it slow emotionally, that's junk. You can't control your feelings. You'd think they'd be happy that I found a great guy with nice manners, a well-paying job, good morals, no drug habits (unlike the last loser pothead boyfriend), etc. Great personality, but cute enough that you don't have to say "Well, he has a great personality."

This guy literally might just be Mr. Right, as much as it freaks me out to say that. He is the kind of guy that every girl dreams of dating, the kind you'd want to set up with your best friend.

The really annoying thing is that he didn't say "take it slow" when I was with the pothead guy. True, I didn't tell my parents about the drug stuff, but there's no way in hell that any reasonable parent would prefer the last boyfriend I had to the new one.

Ok, I also don't like:
Spam email and telemarketers.
People who think all lawyers are scumbags and the few lawyers who actually are scumbags and make the rest of us look bad.
People who act like all Republicans are evil racist pigs.
Extremists in the feminist movement who attack you if you want to do things like join a sorority, get married, or have babies.
The laundry facilities at my apartment complex (the dryers suck!).
The current head coach (Ron Zook) and offensive coordinator (Ed Zaunbrecher) of the Gators football team. Those idiots are ruining our football team. www.fireronzook.com!!!!!
My old cell phone company, US Cellular. My contract finally ended in early September after a year of erroneous charges, hidden fees, rude customer service, crappy reception, and other problems. I'm just now getting everything straightened out and they still owe me a couple bucks.
The fact that teachers have one of the hardest, most important jobs ever, and they're paid pretty darn close to nothing. The job requires a college degree, but 1st year teachers in FL can qualify for food stamps!

No, it's just been a really long week. But venting is a good good goooooood thing. Type out all the frustrations instead of punching people.

Okay, So I work at the bank and people ask me for a

"blank checkbook register"-Hello? I didn't know that there was an option here...

* People who don't return phone calls.
* Jelous people
* Possesive people
* People that don't know how to fill out a deposit slip..
* People that get scared in a relationship cause they have fallen for you and don't want to get hurt, so they start pulling away...
* Wearing stich letters to the BAR/CLUB, seriously last night I was drugged to the country bar/club and there was a AOII and a Beta in STICH letters... Did they not have time to do laundry? They seemed like alums too...
* People who ask too many personal questions, If I want you to know, I will tell you...
* ROAD Rage... A guy tried to kill my boyfriend and I on I-65 3 weeks ago.. T-Boneing us on the passengers side and trying to run us into the concrete barrier....
* People who say one thing and do another...
* Girls who go through recruitment looking like they are going to "Club Sorority", Look classy, not trashy....

okay, im done

Here are my pet peeves from a previous thread:
My pet peeves are:
1) Crumbs in bed!
2) Monkeys in commercials
3) People who schmack and slurp their food! UGH!
4) People who feel the need to be positive ALL the time and then chastize you if you aren't! I HAVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE A PISSY DAY!
5) Spitting
6) Drivers who:
*leave their blinkers on
*won't let you into traffic when you signal to get over
*go around you if you get in front of them
* act as if the speed they are driving is okey dokey for you too! SPEED UP OR MOVE THE "F" OVER!!!
7) People who don't wipe their sweat off of the circuit machines at the gym
8) Guys who wear cologne to the gym! ACK!
9) People who hack and cough and sniff and DON'T TAKE CARE OF IT!! BLOW YOUR G*D DAMM NOSE OR TAKE A FRIGGIN' COUGH DROP!!
10) Excessive perfume!!
11) People who say "Tri Sig"! It's Tri Sigma or Sigma, THANK YOU!
12) Nosy people...Why do you need to know??? HMM!?!
13) STARING! WTF are you looking at?!
14) Poor grammar, both spoken and written....
15) Girls who wear jewelry/makeup to work out...Who the hell are you trying to impress? Let me just tell you...If that Tiffany charm bracelet goes flying and you don't notice, IT'S MINE!
16) People who think that, just because you don't like what they like, something is inherently wrong with you! FACE IT, BUCKO, I DON'T LIKE SEAFOOD! DEAL!!!
17) People who eat while talking to me on the phone
18) People who complain about being broke, yet seem to have the cash necessary to buy 5-6 new DVD's/CD's every week!?!?! SHUT UP! Guess you'll have to live in a house made up of jewel cases soon!
19) People who won't agree to make plans...Instead, they say "Let me let you know..." Um, if you have the time free, and I asked you first, you say yes or no! You don't wait to see if something better comes along, that's FUKKED UP!!!!
20) People who gossip behind your back, yet act as if they have nothing against you when you are around. If you have a problem with me, say it. Don't use passive aggressive BULL$#IT to get your point across b/c half the time it won't work!

OK, think I'm done for now

People, who when they call me, don't say "hello", or " how are you doing" but instead just start into their conversations.

hypocrites

people who say "irregardless"

roommates who leave their sh*t in the drying rack for days, rather than just put it away.

Nosey co-workers. There's this one guy who walks past my office 20 times a day and makes sure to look at my computer screen every time to see what I'm doing. It's so annoying. Yes, I go on GC every once in a while. But, I get all my work done, I work hard, it turns out great, and it's always on time. So, if I want to check on GC for 5 minutes, that's fine! Just stop breathing down my back and staring at my computer screen every time!

To add to my list of pet peeves:

Flaky people (intentional or not) - It better be a very good reason but don't keep flaking out on me as a habit. I've been stood up before and didn't have the common courtesy to call me.

I hate drivers that go 35 mph in a 55 mph zone. I got behind a guy that did that yesterday! Of course I passed him.
