I can't wait til they do a "I love the 90s show!" here's what I can remember about the 90s.......
-tv shows: My So Called Life! That was like the best show ever!
90210, Saved by the bell, Swans Crossing, Sweet Valley High, USA High, and Breaker High (Those stupid teen shows that you were afraid to admit you watched) The TGIF Friday line up. Singled out, Are you afraid of the dark? Clarissa explains it all, Boy Meets World, Sister Sister. You can't do that on Television, Double Dare. There are so much more

-cartoons: Tiny Tune Adventures, Animanics, Duck tales, Chip and Dale's rescue rangers, Tale Spin (I'll admit I knew the theme songs to these and still do! lol) Inspector Gadget.

-movies: Scream, I know what you did last summer, Clueless, The freddy movie where he dies, The Faculty (I think), Anaconda with J-lo, Loser- the dumbest movie ever, Titantic

-music: nirvana, pearl jam, mcHammer, vanilla ice, snow, Remeber Rico Suave? that was a good song, All 4 one, Color me bad, Immature, Brandy, Monica, That song Aiesha by Another bad creation, Boys II Men, Belv Biv Divoe. Shabba Ranks.

-toys: Nintendo, Digemons (I think that's what they were)

-trends (clothes, hairstyles, etc...): Slap bracelets, bangles, those ties that you would tie on your tee shirts, flannel shirts, dying hair with cool aid, stretch pants, saddle shoes, BK's, Jordache jeans, flat shoes. Those UGLY mulitcolored mchammer pants.

-historic events: OJ, Gulf War, Clinton Scandal, Michael Jackson's molestation scandal, Ross Perot, Madonna's justify my love video,

That's all I can think of now... I'm sure I might think of more later

The 1990s gave us some great movies including independent films. Plus, George Clooney and Brad Pitt became the sexiest men alive. *drool sigh swoon*

The 90's, for me, wasn't anything to write home about.....yet...I wish I could get the radio stations to stop playing some of those same, damned songs over and OVER AND OVER!
GOOD LORD! I can't forget about Nirvana if you won't stop playing them for a while!!!!!!!

But I do have a few soft spots musically:

*****Tori Amos (whom I saw in concert last night and she absolutely KICKED ASS!)
****Alanis Morissette
****Sarah MacLachlan
****Duncan Sheik
***Bjork/The Sugar Cubes
***Duran Duran (yes, they were PREDOMINATELY 80's, but they had some great stuff come out in the 90's)
Stone Temple Pilots

Get back to me in about 10 years for the rest....
