Update!
Well guys, I had my ultrasoound on Saturday and it's a .......
We have no idea because he/she wouln't open his legs to show us! LOL. The tech pushed and prodded but baby wasn't budging! Maybe next time.
According to the tech, everything she saw was normal. All the measurements were up to date (the tech measures my cervix, placenta, baby's head and spine) She did say she couldn't get a clear analysis of the heart becasue at 19 weeks it's still a little difficult to see. She said my doc will probably send me back in a couple of weeks for that. It is a relief though, to know everything is right on track It's surreal to see the pictures. I almost still don't believe! We also saw the baby drinking amniotic fluid. You could see the jaw opening and closing!
If we can scan the pics clearly I might post them on here, if anyone's interested!
I also just started to feel the baby move. Its feels so good and puts an instant smile on my face
Thanks for the congrats and great advice, everyone!

Awww, that is super cute!! I am glad everything appears to be going well. I look forward to reading more updates, and finding out the sex of the baby.

Ok, I need reasurrance please. My doctor's office called me to tell me to schedule a 2nd u/s for the 10th. So I did but the lady wouldn't tell me if anything was wrong. She just said not to worry. So of course here I am worrying.
Add me to your prayers just in case, please.

If it were something to worry about, they wouldn't have you wait until the 10th! So, try really hard not to worry and I'll be sending you LOTS of happy and positive thoughts!
Hugs,
Christin

I'll second his sentiments. He is free to join any fraternity, as long as it is Lambda Chi!
Enjoy - we never did want to find out if any of our three children were boy or girl - we wanted to wait until delivery. My wife's family couldn't stand that!
Our third was the biggest surprise - two boys already, five generations up my father's side have been nothing but boys...and out comes the biggest surprise of my life - a girl.
Whoever said grown men don't cry, was dead wrong.
