I'd add John Kerry to that group, just because he more well known. Unfortuneately, I don't think Lieberman will win because he is Jewish. The way this country is I'd be surprised if it happened. I don't like Joe Lieberman anyway though. How you gonna run for Senate re-election when your trying to be V.P.? When you're going for the top spot it's all or nothing, there's no "just in case." I thought that was kind of wack.

And Kerry also has a military track record, I think. That matters to older people, who tend to vote more.

What about Gen. Wesley Clark? I heard he might run as a Democrat.

That would be interesting to see. Because if Gen. Clark does run, he doesn't have the soft-on-defense-and-national-security image that the national party has suffered from for years. Although I'm nonpartisan and dislike aspects of both parties, this jefe we have running the country now has to go.
