I just got myself back into the routine of working out pretty regularly. I have been doing Pilates, running, biking, and belly dancing. The belly dancing tapes are really fun, I must add! I have been doing Pilates for almost two months and the results are amazing. My stomach tightened up so quickly and my muscle tone improved also. Seeing results so quickly motivates me to work out even more than I would usually! I am ready for summer
