This is so much fun!!! I would say I really like the Chi O badge and the Alpha Phi badge. But I do love my AOTT badge--so pretty!

My love of the AOII badge is without question and I will always believe it the fairest in the land.

Others that I admire are Alpha Kappa Alpha (I love ivies), Alpha Sigma Alpha (just because I do), Alpha Sigma Tau (unique shape), Sigma Sigma Sigma (prominent skull & cross bones), and Sigma Kappa (pretty maroon enameling.)

Question

In defference to steppin gong my own toes, I like the AGD Pin!

I noticed that none said anything about the LXA Badge!

My is almost one of a kinda!

White Gold, Saphires, Pearls, with a pearl Guard of LX Designation for the Chapter!

The Letters are on top of a Cresent! Check LXA site lambdachi.org to see the differing ways to put the Gems!

I actually feel that all Badges are Handsome/Pretty as I am sure as mine does, each thing has its own significance to it!

This is the only picture I was able to find of an AEPhi badge, it was on eBay:

Even if I wasn't an AGD, I would think that our badge is quite beautiful and classy. However, since we are not voting our own, I would have to say that I have always admired the Sigma Delta Tau Torch! I also like Gamma Phi Beta's badge...but maybe that is because it is similar to my own!

Well, since I can't vote for AEPhi I'd have to go with Kappa Alpha Theta, Alpha Chi Omega, and Delta Zeta. But in truth, all our badges are things of beauty.

Someone asked where on the NPC page is AEPhi's badge - it's on the left, just under the letters "conf" of the word "conference".

Thanks for everyone's announced affinity for my sorority badge. I must say that the Phi Sigma Sigma is EXTREMELY unique. I was kind of taken aback, but nonetheless...it's original.

While I love the simplicity of the Pi Phi arrow, I do think that the DZ and AXO badges are quite aesthetically pleasing.

Oh..and on a side note, anyone know what the symbolism is behing all the skull and crossbones? It may be as obvious as a symbol that the bond will continue after death, but I'm asking just in case I am totally off.

I really like Alpha Xi Delta's quill, although it looks like it might be hard to pin on! We had trouble at college age working those teeny clasps....I don't know how these 80 year old members get theirs on!

I heard someplace that sororities founded in the south all have "shield" badges (like ASA's), the ones founded in the north have monograms (like Alpha Phi) and the ones founded west of the Mississippi are a "thing" (like the Kappa key). It's true to a point looking at them, but there are exceptions (like Chi Omega).

If I could pick my own, I would pick Sigma Kappa. I noticed that it just stands out next to the other badges(esp. on the NPC page), although many are jeweled, none have a maroon enamel or other color besides jewels, black enamel and gold. I think that it just draws the eye. (also, if there are no pearls, it has a beautiful scroll edge that is just so nice!) Other than that, I have always liked The Delta Delta Delta badge, because it just looks simple, yet elegant.

Ehh, supposed to be studying, but this is much funner!

Oh, and I'm not Greek (hope to be in the future), so this is pretty unbiased.

My favorites, in order:

1) definitely Theta
2) Tri-Delta
3) ADPi

Wink The Golden Lyre!

Sorry - but I truly do think AXO has the prettiest badge. LOL about Tiffany's saying DZ had the prettiest...we have always been told that the Smithsonian had a rotating exhibit of NPC and IPC badges, and that AXO was voted the prettiest.

Oh...back to the subject - I'd have to vote for Tri-Delt, Pi Phi, and AZD.

Yeah, yeah...all our badges are special...yadayadayada....greek love and unity....blahblahblah....

Kidding people - lighten up
