Ok, one last picture for now. Last years new girls in front of their gorgeous house. Hope I can find more of the new little anchors tomorrow!

Just a quick update. My daughter called me around 8:30 p.m. last night. She called to tell me that she was in her room and her chanting at her door. It was her new found sisters singing to her and putting an anchor on her door. She was so happy and excited. She is just elated with her choice. I have to say these girls really seem to embrace and care about their pledges. I can't wait to meet some of them this weekend as we are heading up for for parent's weekend. I've only seen the outside of the house, so I'm looking forward to seeing the inside. I heard it is absolutely gorgeous.

Ha ha yes, it wasn't a real anchor. That is too funny.

Anchoring the door so the pledges can't escape?

I still have the felt-and-cardstock-and-embroidery-floss anchor that was put on my door on bid day. It sits in my jewelry box where I see it every day!
Congratulations to your new Pi Alpha.
