I'm DYING to find out the results at UGA! I was in Athens yesterday and drove down Milledge while all the lovely ladies paraded up and down (and of course the Rho Chi's with their Wal-Mart vests!). I took a couple pictures of the DG house on my cell phone for nostalgia's sake. Does anyone know what time the results will be in? I don't want to have to keep checking every five minutes tomorrow at work!
ETA: I just talked to an active on Facebook, and she said they've had a really successful week so far. Quota is 46, but house total is 61! Is the number of girls they preffed confidential info?

They preffed 240 girls total. I was told they would be finding out the numbers tonight around 9 or 10, but since then they've pushed it back to closer to 7 a.m. Can't wait!

I have heard conflicting info about UGA's results, but the most recent number I heard was 38.

DG gave out 54 bids on bid day and 2 girls handed in their Bids at Auburn. But the president told me they were getting ready to send out some snap bids, so I'm not sure how many snap bids they gave out or if any girls accepted.

I heard UGA's quota was 46 and I keep hearing that we got 38 girls, so I assume that is correct.

I was told by an advisor for the UGA Chapter that we got 38 girls and quota was 42 or 43, that they kept changing it.
So proud!

Ah, now I see how Auburn could be below the number on the posted list! I have changed their result to 52. If they do COB, please let us know and I will update the list. So we seem to agree that UGA got 38 ladies, but quota is a little up in the air. If someone hears a final quota, please let me know.
Great news from Oklahoma -- we pledged 65 women with a quota of 61!
Chapters that have finished recruitment with missing/partial results:
Aug. 11 - 15 Mississippi State University ?/62 (last year 89/85)
Aug. 11 - 17 University of Georgia 38/42, 43 or 46? (last year 42/58)
Aug. 14 - 19 University of Idaho (last year 27/27)
Aug. 14 - 19 University of Kansas ?/47 (last year 54/51)
Good luck to the following chapters starting recruitment today:
Aug. 19 - 25 University of Texas (last year ?/44)

I don't know what the final quota at UGA was, but I know those ladies will COB up and above if need be! Even though a lot of emphasis is put on making quota, COB is so special to me that I'm kind of glad they'll be able to do it...and get some great girls who would've otherwise slipped through the cracks.

I heard that they're not needing to COB, which would mean that they ended up snapping to quota in the end, I guess. I heard that quota was 46 +6 upperclassmen (52). The new member photo that I saw from their bid day had 48 girls in it.
On a completely separate note: It's so neat to hear about schools pledging 45-50% of the legacies rushing! Especially in areas with so many legacies going through recruitment!

I just wanted to say, I SO hope this is true. What wonderful news from UGA! Those ladies sure do work hard.
