I heard that they're not needing to COB, which would mean that they ended up snapping to quota in the end, I guess. I heard that quota was 46 +6 upperclassmen (52). The new member photo that I saw from their bid day had 48 girls in it.
On a completely separate note: It's so neat to hear about schools pledging 45-50% of the legacies rushing!
Especially in areas with so many legacies going through recruitment!
