Here's something on Color Me Badd. I can't seem to post the link from yahoo, but apparently the pretty white guy of the group is being sued by BOTH of his ex wives for back child support. He says that he has no money from his CMB days and currently works in a tire store on Oklahoma. If the best looking one in the group is working in a tire store, I wonder what the rest are doing?

TV Anchor Sues Former Color Me Badd Singer Fri Aug 26, 3:31 PM ET
Fri Aug 26, 3:31 PM ET
Bryan Abrams, a former singer with the 1990s boy band Color Me Badd, is being sued for $16,000 that his ex-wife alleges he owes in back child support.
Shon Gables, a news anchor for WCBS in New York City, filed the lawsuit and appeared in Oklahoma County District Court earlier this week with the singer's other ex-wife, Ashly Abrams.
The 35-year-old Abrams was one of the founding members of the Oklahoma-based quartet, whose debut album, "C.B.M.," sold more than 8 million copies. Their hits included "I Wanna Sex You Up" and "I Adore Mi Amor."
Gables estimates she has spent $10,000 trying to recover support owed by Abrams, who now works in an Oklahoma City tire store.
Ashly Abrams, a hairdresser, said she helped pay Bryan Abrams' legal fees against Gables until their own three-year marriage ended in 2003. The singer has played no role in the life of their 3-year-old daughter, Ashly Abrams alleges.
Bryan Abrams issued a statement claiming, "My ex-wife's allegations are simply that: 'allegations.' I prefer to tell my side of the story in court, where I am confident that God will see that truth prevails."

He is also currently engaged to future wife #3! When do you say stop - maybe this marriage thing ain't for me?

Oh snap! Never shoulda let you go was my jam! I hope they still sound as good as they did years ago and they survive in sales because male singing groups are becoming more and more scarce.

Re: Hi-Five is back!!
Dang, didn't I just ask about them a while back...ok I see the one that was in the bad car accident is back. I think his nickname was Pooh. The one that I use to call my man is back Mack Do It, but it doesn't look like the one that was from the boogie down Bronx is back. It's going to be real interesting to see what they sound like, and what kind of sound they are going for.

I LOVED Hi-5. I think that they'll sound good. They look a litle 112-ish to me.

Rackin My Brain!
OK so I have been going crazy the last couple of days. Does anyone remember a show called "On Our Own", it started in the 90s. It was only on for like a season. It was about a family that lost their parents and the older brother came to take care of them. It had the girl from Eve's Bayou and all her siblings...The Smollett Family ( I think they are called). Anyway, I know that Jurnee Smollett is in "Roll Bounce" with Bow Wow, but I haven't been able to find out what the rest of them are up to. I looked on imdb.com to see what they had to say and they really didn't have anything. I just wanted to see if anyone else remembered it and if anyone knew anything about what they had been up to.

I remember this...it was pretty short-lived! For some reason, I remember the older brother.

I do remember the shjow as well, but the only Smollett that I ever see in the movies or on TV is Jurnee, not sure what the others are doing.
