See I would have thought people in various regions would have appreciated it... but sometimes she was a bit overbearing with it on tv. Nothing wrong with it to be really into your faith, but not everyone watching Idol is.

Sadness though. I didn't think she would win the whole thing, but not get voted off for 9th. But I won't put anything past the producers.

Kenny Rogers was BORING!!!!!! God that was terrible.

I was totally SHOCKED that Madisa was voted off!! I was listening to a local radio show this morning and they were talking about what Simon says ever year, and this year wasn't different. "An American Idol not only needs to sing like one, but look like one too." We definitely know what he thought of Mandisa looks from the beginning. I think that if that is true and the reason she got voted off, that’s pretty sad!!

I am still pulling for Chris, just like I have been from the beginning. I can't stand Kellie or Bucky!! I hope one of them gets voted off next week!!

I totally agree with all of your about Kenny Rogers. I thought his song was horrible and when all the judges were giving him a standing ovation at the end I could only imagine what Simon was thinking in his head. Probably looked like this

I absolutely can't imagine Kellie singing Bohemian Rhapsody. She will crucify that song. And Bucky singing Fat Bottom Girls? Ugh!

Chris will be good singing Inuendo.

Oh, that has to be joke. Right? It's a bad joke. I'd rather have Connie back singing Bohemian Rhapsody. Heck, import Suzie O'Neil from RS:INXS for BoRhap! Now, she was darned good. Those were the days...

If Elliott can hit Somebody to Love, well, I'll be suitably impressed. Hope it happens. Chris had better darned well deliver on Innuendo.

Somehow I think it's going to be very ugly for Kellie tonight.

Bucky doing "Fat Bottomed Girls" is going to be fun.

And Chris just got a bunch of points from me for doing Innuendo. I love that song and it's not one you hear very often. "The Show Must Go On" is another of my favorites and I think Paris can pull that off. (That's what I would have wanted Mandisa to do if she was still around!)

I wonder if they went to see We Will Rock You when they were in Las Vegas working with Barry Manilow.

(Or maybe not. looks like it closed in Decemberish.

Seriously. They basically said that just because it wasn't QUITE as terrible as they imagined it would be it was entertaining. I wasn't watching it, I was in another room, but the vocals were terrible. She was so off on many of the notes

Queen songs are such a particular sound and fitting to their group. They just don't work with solo pop artists trying to cover them.

The themes really really suck this year.

Wonder what Mandisa would have sang this week if she was still here....
