The bosses aren't here today and it's actually kind of boring with them dumping a ton of work on my desk.

Now I wish I could be at work and wanting to go home.
Weather worsening here and it is snowing again! It was supposed to thaw out today and I was going to get out and get some work done (and get some groceries.)
Now looks like Austin will be iced in until tomorrow at the earliest- and I am down to frozen chicken, canned salmon and canned tuna.
I could use about 10 Twix bars right now.

My boss's whole reason for me needing to be here today is that she was going to be gone and someone needed to answer the phones. She came in anyway, and the phone has rung 3 times in 5 hours.

I normally like the "dead week" since nobody is here in our office, half the carriers we deal with are closed, and I can get my work done since there's no one here getting in my face.
However...there seems to be a surplus of people in the office this week and stupid requests from hither and yon. This is unacceptable.
