A $450,000 balloon payment? Holy eff.
I know some mortgages can be written with a balloon payment to make the initial monthly payments lower (I guess? Something went wrong here) but I would think you would enter into that with the full knowledge that you would immediately start figuring out a way to refinance or something to avoid that balloon payment.
Or something. GEEZ!

Oh please. I'd be very shocked if she's even made ONE payment or thought about any of this at all.

Yeah...well so much for that reality show she thought would pay it off...maybe she will take out another loan.

This is how a lot of people have ended up in foreclosure. They purchased on a crazy loan with a balloon payment or that could end up with exorbitant mortgage rates, figuring that they would re-finance when it got close to the time that the balloon payment was due or the rate would go up. But then property values dropped like a lead balloon and they can't refinance because the appraisals won't come in high enough to do so.

Another baby a surprise? As if I wouldn't be worried over 7 children! Hah. Was this the Octomom by any chance, though?

She also LOVES the Brea mall - particularly the Nordstrom shoe department. I guess she really loves Uggs. Someone not able to make house payments should not even be walking through Nordstrom! Oh, but wait, she is doing this all on her own, with no money from anyone. Oh, I just remembered she does not consider state aid or food stamps as "aid". Talk about a feeling of entitlement. No wonder, with so many people with her mentality in California that their budget is so in the toilet. We have 17% of the population in this country and 35% of the total people on welfare. Can you say nanny-state.

i'm surprised she didn't take that deal. it doesn't seem like she'd be above it.
porn actresses have better character than Octomom. there are thousands, upon thousands, of women in the adult entertainment industry. whereas, she's probably the only woman ever to have 6 kids, followed by octoplets, with no imaginable way to support them.

Someone needs to drive her to the state line and let her out.
Cali will not sit for this.
