So was I. I had just turn 19 less than 2 months prior to joining. I wasn't the baby, but the 3rd youngest!

I was over the age of 30 when I joined Kappa.
And if I could do it again, I would definately do it at a younger age. But hey, like Nationwide Insurance, life comes at you fast.

again, agree with those above. it happened when it shouldve. but a small part of me wouldve been OK if i came in as a junior too...
