The recs need to be the official for from the sorority website. That's what a rec is. The alumna must fill it out and mail it to the chapter.

However, they can submit an actual letter (letter of support) in addition to the official rec, but the official rec is most important.

that is exactly what i do when i know the pnm well. the letter allows me to share more information about the pnm than our form does.

Just wanted to mention for FSU PNM's that there will be a "Summerfest" on Wednesday, July 16 from 12-2pm on Landis Green. I believe every sorority will have a table with representatives to answer questions. Refreshments will also be served.
