We did partially structured at my school for the first time this year.
Overall I found it to be Sooo much better for our campus. I go to a small school with 3 sororities - total at 36.
Our quota ended up being 14 - with which formal has been between 5-9 consistently, so we got a lot more girls coming through.
The only downfall was that panhel didn't make any rules about each girl attending each sororities events.. so many girls went to the informational and found their favorite sorority and just rushed them... Was a little crapy about that.
