Ball State houses

To answer the question about Beta building a new house, Beta is off campus (at least for now) and the Fijis have remodeled and have been living in that house for the second year now.

And congrats to Alpha Gamma Delta and their new home. Happy nesting!
My chapter included a small portion of dues that went to our house fund. I'm not sure how long they had been putting money away but by the time GMU allows Greek housing, the Zeta house is gonna be pimp!

That is good planning on y'all's part cause sometimes University or Campus Panhellenic policies may change quickly.

And to expand on my previous reply to oldu's question, the chapters may have been setting aside a portion of their dues for housing, however the opportunity to move into an available fraternity house may have arrived sooner than anticipated and/or planned for in their budget. As such, they may not have the funds available to do so at this time.
