Interesting. You say you "always thought about it" but didn't. That's often a red flag for someone who is trying to relive their undergrad years through AI; exactly the type of person AI is NOT for.

However, I'm sure that every NPC gets contacted by women seeking AI, and they know how to choose their members. This particular NPC is interested in you enough to offer you membership in a collegiate chapter.

You say you don't know if you'd fit in. Is this because of life stages (you are a grad student and engaged) or just because of personality? What is the Greek Community like at this university (are they traditional, with only 18-22 year olds, everyone joins as a freshman, or are they nontraditional)? Why did you choose to approach this particular NPC for membership?
