I am new at this--I didn't know that all caps was inappropriate. Thanks for telling me----I would have never guessed that all caps was a no no and that people read it as shouting. Sorry if I hurt your ears. I will try to keep my voice down until something extraordinary happens. However, this was an exciting moment for my daughter and I. I apologize for being so annoying!!!

Otherwise, congratulations on your daughter being happy in her new AOII home.
Now run over here and buy cute AOII stuff for her:

I think this top (on the right) is cute:
and while you're at it, you can get these for yourself:
('Tis the AOII Mother's Pin..that phonetically spells out "MOTHER" in case you were wondering....)
And the AOII Mom shirt:

Thank you for providing me with the AOII website. I love the silver toggle bracelet. They have many cute items on that page. I now have a great source for Christmas gifts.

MysticCat, thanks for explaining.
AOII Bama Mom, congratulations to your daughter. The Emporium is great and there are lots of cute new jewelry this year. I am partial to this ring.

We all need to learn sometime! I know that 90% of my message board "knowledge" was taught to me by others on message boards. Please forgive me if I came off as rude or sanctimonious.

That's okay - not everyone is a message board junkie like some of us (whether GC or other boards).
Its forgiveable when its an honest mistake from a newbie (newbie to message boards in general, not just GC).
And congratulations to your daughter.

My daughter is truly having the time of her life as an AOII. I know that ALL of the sororities at the University of Alabama sport some of the most beautiful and gorgeous girls in the country . However--I must say without trying to be too biased--the pictures that I have seen of my daughter's pledge class---takes my breath away!! Those girls are drop dead gorgeous!! Congrats to all of the sororities at the University of Alabama- you should be so proud to know that every sorority pledged some of the most talented, brightest, and most beautiful girls on the outside and inside in the USA. Roll Tide!!!
