If He can hold the Presidency, He has a long way to go to turn that country around.
First, eradicate the Drug Lords who have more money than Mexico does and buy off every body or assasinate them. Get rid of crooked Police and Military who take Drug money and taht will help alot.
Open up the Mexican boarder and let Non Mexicans own property. Thousands of Elder Americans would flock there to live and replace the illegals who come to work in USA. Trade folks, work in USA and money to spend in Mexico. Helps both economys.
