The ex-boyfriend's fraternity house was owned by the fraternity house and was really nice.... on the outside.
I understand. I also meant to say that their money could best be spent on a COOK and CLEANING CREW! I have been in perfectly wonderful fraternity houses - until you see the kitchen. blech.

A cool idea that costs virtually nothing, is to paint a mural that is significant to your chapter or nat'l organization. My chapter painted a mural that has the likenesses of our (national) founders in the foyer. We had a brother who was an art major/graphic design do it, but the secret is, he copied it from our manual and used an overhead projector he checked out from the library to project and trace it on the wall! It gets lots of compliments, and is something that is very unique.

Still trying to figure this thread out?

If you want to put things in A House, show History, awards and accomplishments.

If a local that has not been around long then act like an "Animal House" and see if you stay long.

Class is an important part of what one wants to present, not trash.

Good Luck and I hope You let Us know!
