Just watched the late local news and the report said pretty much what has been mentioned here.
The only things to add are that no criminal wrongdoing was found and Interim university President Hank Brown (A Delt from our former C.U. chapter) points out that everyone involved is now gone.
ETA that on the same newscast there was videotape of Prof. Ward Chamberland leading a rally at the State Capitol to stop the execution of Tookie Williams.
