Guilty as charged.
I love lip gloss. I love Kiehl's tinted lip balm and use it constantly. The Almay Lip Tints are great for light sheen and color. LOVE Sephora's Lip gloss pencils too.

I'm an addict and I don't care who knows!!!
I used to carry about 2 -3 different lipgloss brands, but no more. One day I was in Neiman's and drifted too close to the Kiehl's counter. I tried Kiehl's lip balm #1 and now I don't use anything else. It's $5.00 per tube and a little goes a long way. The best bang for your buck. Kiehl's lip balm #1 is especially good to use during those cold dry winter days.
A sad, but true story. When I was a kid, ~ 10, I desperately wanted to wear lipgloss - Bonnie Bell Lip Smackers. I dreamed of having tubes and tubes of Bonnie Bell Lip Smackers, but Mommy SigmaDiva would not let me. She feared lipgloss turns into lipstick, which turns into too much make-up, and then I'd really be corrupted!!! So, to get around the 'not-being-able-to-wear-lipgloss' issue I made due with Vaseline. When I was really desperate I would use carbolated Vaseline. Ahhhh, childhood......

I LOVE that stuff!
I'm a huge fan of L'Oreal Colorjuice in Strawberry Daquari. It's not flavored, but it's amazing. At first I thought it felt sticky, but it stays on forever. I have at least six tubes of that one shade. I keep them everywhere. I also love the Bath & Body Works glosses.

I remember a store that had the entire end of an aisle devoted to those giant Bonne Bell lipglosses. I would buy one a week with my meager allowance but never came close to getting all of them. My favorites were raspberry (because it sort of looked pink like lipstick before I was allowed to wear actual lipstick), Dr. Pepper, and one that smelled like cake.
What ever happened to all of those flavors? Any GCers want to do an e-mail campaign to the company to bring them back?
And I forgot all about those little tin sliders!
As far as nonflavored, I love those little Cargo packets of 30, ten each of three different colors.

Village Bath Lip Lickers. OMG those were THE things to have. Mine was Watermelon.
vermontcountrystore.com has a lot of old and discontinued products but I don't think even they have those.
I still wear BB LipSmackers all the time - they make my lips feel the best and have the nicest texture. I wish they still had the big honking ones though, and that the packaging would go back to how it was and not so "cutesy."

Nothing happened to them - I just bought my mom a Dr. Pepper "lip smacker" at Target, and I saw the giant sized ones at the local Wal-mart!

I adore the lip gloss, yes. I think my favorite is Lip Venom...I guess technically it might not be considered a gloss, but it makes my lips shiny and I'm completely addicted to the smell. Mmmmmmm...
