At least twice a year... on the anniversary of my initiation (April 6) and on Founder's Day (December 6). Other times as necessary to show off the pride I have for my fraternity!

I will probably be pilloried from post to post for saying this, but I'd rather see someone who is nicely dressed while still in jeans or khakis wearing her pin than watching it collect dust or on ebay.
I have pin-ring, so I wear mine fairly often.

You're lucky, Honey! We're not allowed to wear ours any way other than as a pin or I'd definitely have mine on a pendant.

I've decided that being an alum kind of sucks on the "pin wearing".
I only wear my pin 2 times year (on average). Once on Founders Day and the second on Desert with Gamma Rho (which is held on the same day the chapter has chapter, so therefore pin attire is pretty much a requirement).
Though, this year I got to wear my pin more because of convention.
Oh yeah and if I remember, I will wear it on National Pin Day in March (although I didn't this year because I'm a teacher and I don't want to take the chance that it will get lost, which is why I won't wear it next year).
I should wear my lavaliere (spelling issues right now, I'm really tired) but that requires me to purchase a new one b/c mine is missing now.

Once my ring in made, I'll wear mine often! I can't wait! I'm excited because I've not worn mine at all in the past year! I forgot on Founder's Day (a very hectic week) and don't wear it when I teach.

i wear my badge a few times per year (founder's day, npc badge day, alumnae chapter kick off, and maybe a few more times). being a teacher, i really don't have times to wear it regularly.
i do have a quatrafoil ring which i wear frequently, although i can't find it right now.

I agree - with dress being much less dressy than it was back in the day - it seems there aren't many times you can wear your pin.

I try to wear mine at least once a week when I'm in school, along with my Order of Omega pin. I'm the photo editor of the paper, so I end up going to a lot of conferences and things where it's a "slacks, heels, and button down" type of thing (although us photographers can be a bit slovenly...myself included). I usually have to dress up at least once a week for something. Usually Fridays are the "best" pin days..Of course initiation, pledge induction, and a couple of our other rituals throughout the year are important pin days. But the emphasis is more on color , not so much on the pin most of the time.

Oh! and I'm very jealous of some of the cool pin related jewelry you NPC ladies have. I remember someone posted a pic of a pendant that was the diamond outline of the ADPi badge in..well..diamonds and I thought it was absolutely gorgeous and simple. My brother being the man of good taste he is bought his AXiD girlfriend a very neat ring of the quill wrapped around in a ring.

Since I am active as a grad (alumna) member, I get to wear it fairly often. I wear it for inductions, Founder's Day, formal events that I attend for the chapter / region / nationals and any formal GLO event where it seems appropriate. On average 3-5 times a year.

I think you mean this:
My good friend wears hers almost every day - and yes, she sprang for the diamonds, not the CZ (she has that nasty CZ allergy, too!).
I also love that Phi Mu quadrfoil ring that's the outline of the pin in diamonds!!

I'm wearing my badge today... I have it as a pendant. It looks like this:
But it fits onto a necklace like this:
I wear it often and get lots of compliments.

Since our meeting are all formal i wear it 4 times a month for that and any ceremonies, speakers, or other dress up stuff. Also all day on Mondays (required by chapter bylaws).
