AP Caluculus AB, junior year of high school--and that means I'm done with poli sci's math requirement and I'm very happy that I can avoid math in college! Blecch, math is not fun to me.

High School: Algebra II, took it in my senior year. I was supposed to get done with math in my juinor year, but I've got held back at my freshman year when they placed me out of my Algebra I class and put me in Pre-Algebra. I did pretty well in math until Geometry came along.

Freshman Year: Pre-Algebra
Sophmore Year: Algebra I
Junior Year: Geometry
Senior Year: Algebra II

College: Psych Stats (Junior level course). The first time, I made a D and I had to take it over, becasue I can't take the research course with a D in stats. The second time, I made a B. I took the course with the same professor.

Also, in Elementary Calculus, I barely passed that class and College Algebra. That's what I get for stopping at Algebra II at my senior year.

I can't understand why people like math. I hate math!

Business Stats at AU, and I was damn glad to get out of it too. I don't remember my grade, but it wasn't a good one. Thankfully, I do remember what I did learn and understand what I didn't.

I hate Excel.

I actually JUST finished my LAST math class! Discrete Math. I passed with a D for DONE. I dont set my standards very high for math classes...I dont have the patience for them, but I'm finished now. Well, I still have to take accounting 1, but thats not a "math" class.

Had taken Statistics as the highest. Now I have to take two Liberal Arts Math Classes to complete my lower requirements to graduate.

2nd quarter calculus in college. I started quarter #3 of college calc, but dropped it because it was summer quarter, the TA who was teaching the class didn't speak English, and it was "recommended but not required" for my major. Kinda wish I had finished the course now, since I would like to be able to teach middle school math but I don't have quite enough coursework. Oh well.

Oh yeah: I took statistics too. If anyone is planning to go to grad school in science, education, or any type of social science, taking stats as an undergrad is a VERY smart move. I didn't realize just how helpful a basic descriptive statistics class would be in a Masters-in-Teaching program. My dad was right, as hard as it is to admit it.

Trig in High School... Math 1 in college (kinda like college algebra.)

Major didn't require math so I didn't take any beyond freshman year.

Let's see, in High School I took Algebra I in 9th, Geometry and Algebra II in 10th, PreCalculus in 11th, and Calc./Stats in 12th. Then, my first semester in college, I took Calc. I.... then I ran as far as possible away from any math class ever again =)

AP Calculus (BC) in high school. I had the world's worst teacher. He'd taught the AB curriculum for years. He spent the first four months of the year going over things we'd covered in pre-calc. On the day before the AP exam, he said, "Well, we didn't get to integrating over a circle, but don't worry, it hasn't been on the test in the past twenty years." Guess what was question 1 of part 2.

In college I had to take multivariable calculus and differential equations, plus a bunch of statistics classes. I HATE STATISTICS. Plus, there was a lot of math worked into my engineering classes. May I never see another z-transform.
