A girlfriend cheating is something else, that to me is a lot easier to deal with: she's gone...

But if the two of you both stood in front of God, and said all that jazz....there's no way I could ever pull back on that...

Shit, to me, that's cause for letting her AND the other guy meet their maker and their fate...but that's another thread.

Cheating is inevitable in a marriage. If not one it's the other, and in some cases both. You just can't get caught.

But since you asked in that manner of getting caught and what I'd do, I kick her ass to the curb.

He cheats, he's gone.

Nope. However, I also realize that cheating is a symptom of far deeper problems in the relationship and not the problem itself.

OK, so it would hurt like hell, but if I were married and my wife cheated and then wanted to make things right and asked for forgiveness I would have to be guided by the advice received from JC, "forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us". Yeah, its a trite answer, but if I really mean what I say then I have to be willing to apply it when it counts.

I don't know...

I mean if I truely loved the girl...nope. If I just didn't care about her anymore but we were still married-yeah, b/c I don't really give a shit what she does.

It's unfortunate in our society today that everyone always takes the easy way out. It's difficult to even be raised with the mentality of working through the tough spots b/c hardly anyone else will. In the end you end up getting screwed over.

When I do get married (if I should say) I am definitly going to protect myself from a messy divorce. I've seen some really shitty things done b/c a woman's lawyer knows the game. My father had this house sold, truck sold, and his work vehicles sold, along with a country cabin he built sold-all by his wife. He was practically on the streets b/c he didn't protect himself from this type of thing.

That might be your bed so you should relax and re-evaluate. I recommend putting nair in their shampoo and bleach in their contact lens solution.

I don't know. What would really hurt the most for me is wondering why...now that's torture.

Once again, the movie Unfaithful shows that....there;s doesn't HAVE to be a reason....

BTW, whenever one of my buddies gets played, I tell him he got "Diane Lane-d"

Again, because of that stupid movie, I believe that there's some truth to this, and would like some response.
