I'm wearing my badge with pride today!! I'm so glad to have an excuse to wear my badge (and guard......and stickpin! )

Does anyone panhellenic council do anything special besides have people wear their badge ? Like a luncheon or anything ? Appearantly this year my school is doing a Picnic lunch in the quad with all the sororities and if you wear your badge you can get a ticket to enter a raffle to get a gift cert to the book store. Sounds like a good way to encourage girls to wear their badge and also bring the chapters together.
This is a really great idea. I work at a very greek-oriented university and it would be great to have a reception where all the greek students and faculty/staff could mingle and celebrate being Greek women.

I remembered mine today! I haven't seen anyone else with a badge on, but I don't work in a very big office so I sort of suspected that I wouldn't. I hope someone asks me about my badge or something though.

I have my AOII badge on! Fun times! I know the collegiate members of most sororities will be wearing their badges or their lettered shirts (like Bid Day jersey) to classes today. Maybe I'll see some other University employees with their badges on!

I'm wearing my antique key that I saved from eBay. I know no one else in my office will be wearing any (only one other gal is Greek -- a Chi Omega-- but she doesn't do anything with the local alumnae).

I'm actually not wearing my badge right now. I was told that we need to wear tube tops or tanks for composites to go under the black wrap (you know the thing that makes you look like you all have on the same shirt). That's obviously not badgewear. I intend on wearing it to an all Greek Bible study tonight though.

I'm wearing a rescued pin today. I rarely wear my pin anymore so this is fun for me.

I am wearing a vintage rescued badge on a pendant today. Unfortunately, I'm still sick so I'm hiding away in my cubicle and trying to fix everybody's computer via phone or remote connection to avoid spreading my germs (and to preserve my energy). Nobody has seen it yet, I don't think.

At UT, the UPC asked all the women to dress nice and wear their pins today. If they go to the Panhellenic table set up in the West Mall (high foot traffic area of campus where orgs often 'table'), they will receive a free t-shirt from 10-4 (not sure what 10-4 is but apparently it is an incentive).

Monday night is when most of the groups have their chapter meetings, so no all-sorority get together... Although the picnic and raffle is a cool idea!

None of the sorority women in any of my classes today have been wearing their pins...apparently our PC dropped the ball on this one.

I'm wearing mine! Someone asked me if the X stood for "X-cellent"! I told her it was my sorority badge and she said, "Oh! Are you a Chi O? My college roommate was one!" Then we chatted about stuff and I said I sent a reminder to all the Greek women in the office because I'm the "Suzie Sorority" around here. She then said, "Wow, I never would have guessed that about you. Which is very cool!" So I guess that is a good thing - dispelling stereotypes, but it saddened me that this is a bright woman with an 2 degrees from Stanford and it took her this long to realize you shouldn't believe a stereotype!

Well, I dont have my badge yet (newly initiated), but we were told to wear the colored safety pins we got. So thats what I'm wearing. I love it, because I dont have classes on Monday, but I do work, at an elementary school after school program. It should be fun because we don't normally dress up, so I'll get to talk about why I'm dressed nicely and talk about Chi O to all my first graders (start 'em young) and coworkers!!
