I actually got my pin in Las Vegas at National Convention. I'm wearing it today. When I heard about Toni Braxton, I told Hubby and he was like, "but she's so skinny!" I quickly told him that being skinny does not always equal healthy. He's much thinner than I am but when our physicals came back this month he had high cholesterol and blood sugar levels while mine were normal.

That's so sad to hear about Toni Braxton, my Mom has heart disease and a pacemaker, Both she and my Dad were smokers-I'm glad I quit and am watching what I eat broiled food, plenty of vegetables, my mom's condition has made me more concious of what I eat.
