Recruitment Question
I have just takin over the presidency at my chapter this semester and we are very low on girls. We are at a technical school where the male to female ratio is 4 to 1. This makes recruitment really hard on us. We have tried dorm storms where we give out little gifts (i.e. bag of candy that says "AST is sweet on you!" or hair ties that say "Get tied up with AST!"), invitation dinners, formal recruitments, movie parties, info sessions, ice breakers, etc. Let's just put it this way, we are totally out of ideas. Does anyone else have any other ideas that may be able to help us because in May we are graduating 6 of our 8 members.
