I'm sure theyc an be mailed anywhere. They really are good. And it's one of the few things WV can claim as it's own

My mom makes really good ones. All my friends love them so when we go to the Gator Bowl she's making us a huge batch to eat on the way down.

And since they look "disgusting", Craig, I will not be sharing any of them with YOU.
