* Just a question..it seems like recruitment is so short at many of these schools..not even a week long. Why is that? Is it easier due to the amount of people going through the process?

Speaking from my experience when I went through (Jan. 2000), there were less than 100 women going through recruitment, and the parties were broken up to where we had our long day the day before classes started, then the next two days were one round, and then we were doing the final two rounds of recruitment on a Friday and Saturday night, so recruitment only took us 5 days. Each university is different, and I wouldn't presume to talk about other schools, but this system worked well for our sororities
