My mom used to make popsicles with the tupperware kit and orange juice. I felt very ripped off when I found out later.

True - I lost the 'baby weight' of 13 pounds, then an additional 37.
As far as drooping goes - it totally depends on how elastic your breast tissue is and how much support you have in your undergarments.

My mother had a very hard time carrying both my brother and me. She wasn't able to breast feed either of us.
That would mean Bottle.

I was bottle fed, as were my siblings.
My son has been breastfed for his entire 18 1/2 months. He wasn't even interested in solids until he was about 8 months old, which is fine because the longer you exclusively breastfeed, the better.
The American Association of Pediatrics recommends exclusive breastfeeding for the first 6-8 months, then continued nursing until at least age 2, longer if mutually desireable. The US has the lowest breastfeeding rates in the world, which is so very sad.

If it were up to me, artificial baby milk (aka 'formula') would only be available by prescription only and would be strongly regulated. The business practices of the formula companies are just horrible.

I grew up with a child who was breastfed until the age of five...well, he drank breastmilk but wasn't literally breastfed. And, he had an incredible immune system. It seemed like he never got sick. So, there's definitely truth to that benefit! I also know a wetnurse who pumped herself to keep lactating. She would make cheese and yogurt out of breastmilk. I never tried it, but I'm told it's not bad.

I agree! I agree!
Unfortunately I was bottle fed.  But those were the times. My mom actually laughed when I asked her which I way I was fed as an infant.
I am now a Certified Breast Feeding Counselor and am working toward becoming a Lactation Consultant. Yes.... people really do make jobs out of women's breasts. It is a natural thing and women all over the world in all different cultures have been breastfeeding for thousands of thousands of years.

It's probably on the sweet side - breastmilk is high in lactose (milk sugar).
