risk management
i can promise you that before the nc state ztas stepped on the bus to jacksonville, there had been many clearances gone thru starting with their general advisor, province president and vice president collegiate.

I wasn't "calling out" the ZTAs. Why did you think that?  I was just saying that I could see that without proper planning there could be risk management issue with such an event. I never said that the ZTAs were poor planners. Obviously the article said everyone had a good time and that things went well.

its okay.....
i didn't think that you were calling out the ztas. i was just letting everyone know in an abbreviated statement what they would have (the chapter) had to go thru to get this okayed. you are right-if every i is not dotted and every t crossed, off campus events CAN be risk management nightmares.

As a member of both the US Army and Lambda Chi Alpha it is great to things like that. I can't wait till i leave for active duty bc i am going to a base that will have a chapter close by.
