We live together now but when we started dating, we were 22 miles apart (I just mapquested it).

When we first met to August 1998 we were 3000 miles apart
From August 1998-September2002 we were 100 miles apart (we saw each other on the weekends)
Yes, I spent the first 9 months of my marriage living apart from my husband and seeing him only on weekends until he got his US Visa

Now we live about 100 miles apart, but before that it was about 8 hours and before that it was about 4 hours. I can't wait til its NO hours!!!!

Depends. If I have to stay with the rents at night so I can take my grandma to the doctor, it's about 20 miles or so. Every other night it's anywhere from 10 feet to not apart at all. I like this set-up much, much better
