i remember jessie starts naming them in the rap and slater pops in at the end saying "studly" as his dwarf name. i could be wrong.

Violet Sanford (or Stanford) and efcheerBB is right, it was Tori Spelling (pre boob job ) who played her.
As for the fraternity, the only thing I can remember is that Alpha was in it. (I guess that means I should go out and buy the DVD set of Saved by the Bell: the college years)
