I've flown them once to ATL oneway from Dulles and it was quite an experience. It was last July and I believe it was their first month in operation. Anywho, what tripped me out was the fact that 6 planes departed from one gate and they had rolling signage. My problem was that my ticket said departure from say Gate 4B and it was actually departing from Gate 10B. So I had to sit and wait to see if my flight would be departing from that gate. The next thing was that their personnel was directing you to your plane that you walked up to and mounted stairs to get on the plane.

Again, no signage!
Outside of those issues, the planes are new like someone else said and they truly have a unique approach to in flight service and instructions. Chuck Berry was piped in singing and talking through the instruction while the flight attendant pointed out the seat belt usage, exit aisles, etc.
Lastly, I heard about a month ago that one of their planes got repossessed by the bank.

So, I'm a lil concerned about how many safety cuts they maybe making in the name of cost savings!
