Aren't most planes made from Boeing? If so, regardless of the "name", they are all the same.

Poor United workers, they lost their retirement pensions b/c of the company's financial woes.

I've flown them once to ATL oneway from Dulles and it was quite an experience. It was last July and I believe it was their first month in operation. Anywho, what tripped me out was the fact that 6 planes departed from one gate and they had rolling signage. My problem was that my ticket said departure from say Gate 4B and it was actually departing from Gate 10B. So I had to sit and wait to see if my flight would be departing from that gate. The next thing was that their personnel was directing you to your plane that you walked up to and mounted stairs to get on the plane. Again, no signage!

Outside of those issues, the planes are new like someone else said and they truly have a unique approach to in flight service and instructions. Chuck Berry was piped in singing and talking through the instruction while the flight attendant pointed out the seat belt usage, exit aisles, etc.

Lastly, I heard about a month ago that one of their planes got repossessed by the bank. So, I'm a lil concerned about how many safety cuts they maybe making in the name of cost savings!

That's not new. That has happened to me with other "reputable" airlines. That's why it's important to check the monitors if you have a connecting flight, just to be on the safe side.

Just read in the paper today that they are celebrating their 1st birthday. In celebration they have tons of great deals like $109 to/from San Francisco.

Sounds great, but I'm mad that when I tried to close the window a pop-up came on saying "WAIT!!! DON'T GO!!! Book now and get 20% off (offer only good for the next 2 minutes)." Anything for me to keep that window open, huh?

I'm jealous - I've never seen that window. Wish it would pop-up for me.

I've flown them once to West Palm and had a good expericence. I want to go to CA now they have these good fares.
