What do you do - question for BGLO sorority members

I understand your point, and I agree that prospective members should look at the "big picture," but what if the particular chapter this young lady wants to join is really SMALL? What if there are say, only 5 actives on campus and 4 of them are "catty"? What do people think about that situation?
