red meat yea or nay?

I would be disowned from my family if I didn't like red meat. It's nice to have all the ground beef, sirloin, chuck roast and ribeyes I want, free of charge.

I concur with OTW--I like mine Medium Rare, please.

I do eat red meat but I limit it just to be healthy. I love lamb and I can definitely do a great NY strip steak on the hibachi (medium, please!)

Everytime I think I could maybe do without red meat, I get a really huge craving for it. And I like it medium rare - maybe not still mooing but close.
