There will be NO Atkins Diet soon, as the meat will be banned, the cheese will be banned, carbs of course are prob'ly next to go, and after they figure out vegetables have too much sugar, they will ban those too.

Well, somewhat, of course... But I do think it is an issue people turn a blind eye to. We need to stand up for our own rights, it is important. I do not eat supersized fries, never have, but you better believe that if I WANT THOSE FRIES, I better be able to get them. My point is that these lawyers are freaking everyne out, and it is against the American way...

i could never finish a large fry so a supersize is no loss to me.

Although it would suck if you wanted to split the fries with like 4 of your friends... which is what i normally do anyway.

I haven't had fast food in a long time and y'all are making me hungry...

Soylent Green = crazy sci-fi movie starring Charlton Heston. It's about the future (but the future as forseen in 1973) where women are called "furniture" and come with the apartment you buy, and the world has depleted it's resources and is now forced to eat mass produced food square things called "soylent." there are various colors, blue and yellow i think...but in the end it's discovered that the newest one, soylent GREEN, is made from people.

the most memorable quote: "SOYLENT GREEN IS PEOPLE!"

it's crazy.
//end hijack.

mcdonalds is taking away the supersize fries and sodas, but wendy's and burger king aren't. i didn't like their fries as much as the others anyway!

You know what's going to happen... they're just going to take the current "supersize" and call it "large", then introduce an even larger option called "giant" or "enormous" or "friggin' huge" or some such thing.

Or they can 'Texas size' everything...

Conversion chart for 'Texas Sizing' and the rest of the world:

TEXAS SMALL - Huge!

TEXAS MEDIUM - Immense!!

TEXAS LARGE - Unbelievable!!!

Works with just about everything... from burger combos to condoms!

I warned people that once they got done harassing the smokers, getting most of them to quit because of taxes or the sheer inability to smoke just about everywhere, they'd start going after foods high in fat and sugar! I believe someone did propose a "sin tax" on unhealthy foods but it was quickly deemed too difficult to implement.

Well if you can't resist the urge to supersize will you please sterilize yourself now?

And if you feel the need to go on a crusade about it . . . please take just leap off a building . . a tall one.
