KLP is the only local at my school. We are on Pan-hell and we rush the same as all of the NPC's do. We follow NPC bylaws. No no, rush. They've always done it like that. They just don't do bid matching during formal rush. Other than that they have to do everything like the NPC's here. They have a Rho Chi and everything.
