KLP is the only local at my school. We are on Pan-hell and we rush the same as all of the NPC's do. We follow NPC bylaws. Right now, the president of Greek Council is a KLP (my Big Sis! ) At my school though, it's a little bit messed up when it comes to Greek Life. We have Sigma Gamma Rho on Pan-hell and doing NPC rush. That like single-handedly goes against everything that the NPHC stands for...

Are they really doing rush with the other NPC groups or are they just at an initial informational meeting?

No no, rush. They've always done it like that. They just don't do bid matching during formal rush. Other than that they have to do everything like the NPC's here. They have a Rho Chi and everything.
