I would have minored in Theatra. I only have 5 more classes to complete but that will delay my graduation date, and that just can't happen. *sigh*

I looked into that because I adore that type of work, but there's hardly anything at all to speak of around here...they all want volunteers, which is great, but volunteering won't pay the bills. I really, really want to teach...I'm still thinking of working with historic costume, but just as a sort of on-the-side thing. Unless of course I actually found a Real Job doing that.
I am in school studying Architecture and Historic Preservation. People who like to restore and conserve old stuff, from building fixtures to antiques to clothing, run in the same circles. We get job postings from all sorts of businesses, ranging from costumers to antiques collectors, wanting people who are willing to at least try out the field. I guess it depends on where you are--a lot of people I know ended up working at Williamsburg, in New Orleans, or the DC museums.

Good grief! I changed my majors every week in college! I finally settled on English and focused on grammar studies and Native American Literature. My university wouldn't allow me to get a minor in Business like I wanted so I'm currently finishing up my A.A. in Business Administration.
