I will fully advocate against ANY diet that does not involve proper nutrition and exercise. As would anyone else if he/she had a brain. I can't believe the crap people have been doing lately. The 10-fat gram/day diet. Anything no carb. Etc., etc. I have never been on a diet. Nor do I intend to. I exercise 5 times a week and try to watch what I eat. At least I know I can maintain that.
