God, give me that chance.

I wanna go back to HS. I'd rule that place with an iron fist. I am who I am today becasue of the journey I have taken, but I'd really relish the opportunity to go back. Not to change things necessarily, but to experience them with a different attitude. I woudl have blown off the things that didnt matter and paid more attention to the things that did matter.

I'd give anything to go back 5 years ago... where do I start? Maybe pick a different major, been more involved in college, gotten better grades, not have been with my ex for as long as I was... but oh well, that's life... you make mistakes, but I can honestly say I wouldn't have changed my senior year for anything, had the best time.

Nope, I wouldn't go back to college. It was great; no regrets.

But, since HS was longer than 5 years ago, I would give anything to conveniently knock that part out of my memory.

I would only go back IF I could keep my knowledge that I have now... and the only thing I think I'd do differently is go to a different school and do all my college years at one place... I really think doing all four years (well... 5 in my case but that's partly because I transferred) other than that I know the path my life has taken has made me who I am so I wouldn't change much other than that....

If I could relive certain parts of the past 5 years I would...but not all of it. There are certain things I wish I could erase from my memory and certain things I would change.

If I could change a few things it'd be the amount of time I put into Chi Omega (more) and how often I hung out with my sisters (like instead of working so much I would have gone out more). I would have changed who I dated - dated more Fraternity boys on campus instead of LOSERS! And finally I would have studied more.

Finally, and not related to school, I wouldn't have gotten credit cards (BAD BAD BAD) or Verizon Long Distance (EVIL).

Unfortunately, not being that bright, I'd probably screw it up worse.

Seriously, I probably couldn't change it at all, because I wasn't born into big money. Politics has become so much of a game for the rich, that those of us "average" folks have little or no chance.

Exceptions might be "self made captains of industry" who worked up through the ranks to top spots in important companies -- but those are exceptions, not rules.

Hm... I would enjoy going back and reliving it, because I miss some aspects of my life during college. I would relax, have a lot more fun, and sleep a lot less.

But like KR said... the only way I would do it is if I would end up exactly where I am right now. I wouldn't trade anything for my life right now and my relationship with my FH.

This maybe won't make sense, but......n/m

Well, I definitely would.
If I could go back five years, I would have chosen a different undergrad school and a different major. My BA is in Drama and History, and I thought drama was a BIG MISTAKE. I might have done a degree in Family Studies/Home Management and Economics or business....that way, I could be Martha Stewart (without the crook part)---LOL

A small portion of me wish I had change a couple of things if I had the chance to go back and right the things that was wrong. But I'd rather used it as a learning tool on what to do and what not to do if I ever come across in a similar situation again.

Ah, but isnt that what life is all about?

Never Thought I would live past 32. TaDa!

If I had not knocked the Broad off of the Bar Stool, would I have married her and started my own Local?

The Movie "Time Machine" I think in a theatrical way proves that.

If you went back with what you know now, would it have changed the course of history for all of us?

Could it have changed the continuiam??

Satchel Page once said,"I never Look over My Shoulder, I may see the Devil catching me"

THIS is what I miss most about the past. When you grab hold of a topic and have a philisophical discussion that lasts into the wee hours of the night.
Good stuff to get the brain thinking and hard to prove anyone is right or wrong.

Though logic may be flawed.

i would but then again, if things were different i dont know where i would be. i am not one to believe in fate or destiny. and life sure hasnt taken me where i thought i would go. i played baseball my whole life since i was four. my uncle played pro ball and my dad played college ball. i just knew that was my calling. but after signing for a division one junior college here in oklahoma i hurt my back and was unable to play. so i went to UCO and then went pike. this fraternity means the world to me. i have met the best bunch of guys in the world and experienced more than i ever thought i would. ive been places and seen stuff i would have never saw playing baseball. and relationship wise i have learned to thank god for unanswered prayers. so that is how i feel about doing things over again. but i am one to take chances so i would just to see if i could have made somethings come out the way i wanted them to

I would go back to 1992 and heed my cousin's advice. "Invest in computer technology stocks. There is a small company called America Online that connects your computer to the internet. You should buy some shares of stock." I would be obscenely wealthy or at least comfortable if I had done that.

I most definitely would. I always seem to ponder that from time to time. I wonder if the people who are part of my life now will eventually be a part if I did go back in time and change things. That's when the whole talk of fate comes in I guess. I think about all the things that could have been, should have been, the things I did wrong... But then a part of me wants to know if I'd do the same things over and over back then because that's how it was meant to be.
