BTW, AGDAlum, I thought that Alpha Phi chapter was still closed---our CA was a charter member there. [/B][/QUOTE]

It is closed. My visit there was in 1975 as part of a team from Int'l sent to revitalize the chapter. Our effort was unsuccessful.

Jillian is actually arriving at my chapter today, I think. I get to meet her on Sunday when the other advisors and I are taking her to dinner.
Ooh! Its a good thing I like to stalk you on GC, Donielle because I almost forgot allll about our little dinner date with the LC! Ooops!

Oh! and speaking of former LC's we had Laurie Vesalo (sp?) for work week my junior year and she was kick ass...and what's hysterical is that now shes my new buddy because a few weeks ago at a NYC Junior Circle event, we (another girl from my chapter) met up with her, and a random little group of us ended up having the best time and we started having our out mini- Jr Circle girls' nights! Yay! (And please don't mind my run-on sentence...)

Oh! Who was the one who made me drive her to the mall after picking her up from the airport? Do you remember that girl, Donielle??

Thanks! I never knew that they tried to recolonize there.

Yeah, Laurie was awesome! I forgot her name, but I remember her. That was a very fun work week. I also remember the mall one, but I can't remember her name, either...was she also the one who went to visit her grandparents and went on interviews while she was with us?

BTW, Jen, I think we're supposed to meet at 4:30 or so on Sunday for dinner so that we're finished in time for EC at 6.

Smile Angela Brown

Gamma Tau has had Angela visit since Thurs. and will stay until Mon. when she goes to Gamma Phi (Tech). She has been terrific and has given everyone useful advice for now and how to make sure that their successor is fully trained.

I have been very impressed with her!

angela

She is from my chapter at Georgetown College (theta upsilon). She knows her stuff and is such a sweetheart. I am glad to see some one from my very young chapter helping out fellow sisters. It has been hard for me not being able to be around the chapter. Being a founding mother and not knowing many of the girls is tough. Does anyone else know what I mean???
