I really did not mean to appear to be in your "biz". There seemed to be a discrepency. And Phylicia not only your Soror is a fellow alumnus of my school...and a very visible Howardite at that. I sensed an air of disdain in the past few posts. If I have disrespected any of you in the smallest way, I apologize.
From my point of view it would have been like my aka friend saying yes Zora Neale Hurston is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. common knowledge at HU...she actually named the Hilltop (the college newspaper)(I have heard people try to debate this)...but its verifiable. My aka friend knows not only was Zora a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. but she pledged at Howard University.
Quite frankly, the web has opened up a nasty can of worms for all of us in terms of information. I have read on webpages of other organizations (mine included) misinformation regarding famous members and other history (not the basic stuff we all state). Shoot in many cases, you cannot confirm 100% that the person who created the page is even a member. There are thousands upon thousands of sites greek related...imagine that.
Postively, when did you cross at Alpha chapter? You probably know my girl...She is 8-A-94....she just finished her MBA at HU this past year.
Best to you all...Happy Kwanzaa for those of you celebrating!
