Yeah, we just got our bid day shirts, a carnation, and some candy on Bid Day.
However, each week after that we'd have a Pal Paw who would give us a gift and hang out with us. They could be different things...I got a nifty hand-made poster with letters on it, a pink jar candle with "Phi Mu Loves Jenn" spelled out on the side, a set of notecards, and a picture frame with "Love...Honor...Truth...Phi Mu" painted around the edges.
Then, the week of revealing, we'd get different things from our big...the first day was like spa day, with baskets of goodies; then we all got stuffed lions, pink plants, and letters on the day of revealing. The last week of the pledge period, we'd get more presents from our bigs...mine made me a beautiful badge box and a scrapbook.
Also, we each had a mail bag on the wall outside the chapter room. Throughout the new member period, sisters would leave cute, artsy notes with their numbers and messages like, "Phi Mu loves you and so do I!" I still have all of them. They were a great little reminder that all of our new sisters loved us.

Lets see, I didnt do formal recruitement so I didn't get anything for bid day. . .
But when I found out who my big was. . . I got a photo album, journal, sparkly pen, twizzlers, rose, and a whole bunch of other stuff.
And on initiation night, I got my first letter shirt, a key ring, candles, water bottle, candy, another photo album, balloon, notepads, a huge basket, and some more things that I can't really remember from my big

I didn't have a bid day cause I joined through COB. But for my sponsor rev my Mom gave me a keychain, a tee shirt, an incense burner with stars and crescents on it, a package of Trident gum, and an Angel birthstone pin for March (that's when my rev was). For initiation I got my jersey!

the only thing we give on bid day is a balloon and the bid day shirt. but thats okay, because our new members get totally spoiled during big/little week and at initiation.

In mine was a poem that everyone in my chapter gets on Bid Day (even though I was COBed), the new member jersey, a coffee mug that someone decorated with paint pens, a picture frame, and a little candle.

I was in the first pledge class for my chapter, and we just got our bid day shirt. Now the new girls get huge baskets full of handmade stuff and other various things. They can completely make their rooms scarlet and olive after bid day

More D Phi E stuff than you can shake a stick at. Pens, notepads, stickers, t-shirt, keychain, a flower pot with a cute little plant, cups...it was all in a huge basket. It was really nice...

Way back (haha, Fall 02) when I was a new member my chapter just did carnations for a Bid Day gift. Then for mom/daughter revealing I got a framed copy of our family poem, a rush tee from the previous fall, pen, pencil, candy jar, and probably something else...then the night of initiation I got a letter sweatshirt, our chapter jacket, a picture frame, and again proably more stuff, as well as more carnations and a keychain from the chapter.
Now our chapter gives the new girls one or two of our chapter letter shirts on Bid Day, then all the other standard presents.

We all got Bid day t-shirts and a gift bag that had a 32 oz plastic mug, pens, plastic picture frame, pad of sticky notes and a key chain. I think the house just orders a certain number of goodie bags from the Key Source and has some extras for any informals we may get through COB.

On my "bid day" (I was informal) I got a shirt, a rose, some rose stickers and a notepad. My chapter now gives out (along with other little stuff like what I got changes every semester really) a CD that each of the sisters has chosen a song that reminds them of Phi Sig for whatever reason and we decorate it with letters and the name of every active sister. It's really cool because as their NM period goes on they will ask you who chose what songs and why and they hear neat stories about the actives' memories.

On bid day (we call it pick-up night for some reason) we all just got our pick-up shirts. We also have a photographer come and do pictures of the whole house and then of each class (seniors, juniors, sophomores, and new members) so you can order those. We have a interest group within the house that makes little gifts for the girls all during their new member period - example: this semester, that IG made them picture frames, little tupperware containers, and candle holders.
We also get showered with gifts (shirts, sweatshirts, blankets, photo albums, frames, you name it) at big sis pick-up and initiation.

For my bid day I got bid day shirt, a frame with Pi Beta Phi on it. And a Pi Phi survival baggie. I don't remember all that was in it but it was like a puzzle piece b/c you make the chapter unique. smarties b/c you're smart and little things like that. If any new member educators want what was in it I can let you know. Just PM me.
Also for those people who COB'ed and didn't get anything, we always give COB girls little gifts. The NME has something and then we just give them a bunch of stuff that is left over from socials/recruitment like t-shirts and such, b/c we ALWAYS have extras.
